[CIMC-work] Chicago-IMC, about your walking tour

hey gang,
    sent this letter to someone making a silly post, so i'm being 
transparent about it.  feel a little like a nazi, but SCP is being rather 
silly in posting to this event to CIMC. check me if i'm out of place. g

SCP,
    I'm a core member of Chicago-IMC.  With all due respect, I would like to 
point out that posting your announcement of your walking tour of the 
surveillance cameras in Cambridge MA is very irrelevant to the Chicago 
audience.  No one from Chicago would spend the money soley to attend your 
tour, and any Chicagoans who happened to be visiting Cambridge would check 
out the Boston site.
     While we don't have strict editorial policy on this, I would like to 
ask you to be more sensitive in the future.

walking tour of surveillance cameras in Cambridge, 3 pm Sunday 27 April 
2003. Meet in front of the Arthur Sackler Museum, Harvard University, 
Broadway and Quincy, Cambridge. Maps will be available

first of two tours: 3 pm is Cambridge, 4 pm meet at same location but will 
take T to downtown and walk around there
