yes, makes sense to me.  good points on reaching to outsiders with money.  
hate to admit i'm pessimistic on how to do the outreach...,how to bill it 
etc.  when it says community, does that mean the people in the physically 
near neighborhood?  or is it the 10000 plus people that showed up on m20 
that aren't the regular suspects?  could it be billed as a chataqua of 
sorts?
     of course our main purpose isn't fundraising... i dunno, just  trying 
to think. g
