[CIMC-work] purchasing request

CIMC,

I am requesting two purchases from CIMC funds so that I can equip the
camcorder (from Labor Beat) for field work, to produce video news product on
a free, voluntary basis to the Chicago IMC.

I did some online pricing and found the products at the vendors below. Two
10-packs of D-8 tapes and one battery would come to approximately $150
altogether.
