[CIMC-work] latest thought on air and water center panel

Another possibility would be to delete the A23 center panel, post a panel 
on the Air and Water show, then REPOST the A23 panel after a day or two
(we did it before with the We the Media center panel).  What do people
think?

I can write up a Center Panel on the Air and Water show and send it to
this list for review.
