[CIMC-work] latest thought on air and water center panel

hmmm,  okay, not more than a day.  maybe it's just my opinion, so other 
input is welcome.  just think we should keep a priority on saturday's march. 
  i think we want to show people that it's important and they should thus 
turn out to show the peace movement did not disapear.  g.
