The e-mail address was listed a number of times in the article and was
included in your copyright notice as well as a link to your pages--I
have removed the links to your e-mail, but the copyright direction to
your website and whatever's included there remains.  I don't know who
Mr. Whitfield is--or whether he has any association with Chicago
Indymedia. Indymedia is open posting and anyone can post.

We would need to remove the copyright notice to remove all links to your
website.  Should we remove these notice or just take the pages down
altogether.  I've removed the two listings of the e-ail address --
including the one included in the copyright notice which are included in
the copyright notice.

I have no idea who is this Mr. Whitfield.  I am presuming he is
associated with Chicago IMC?  Or did he merely post there?

In any case its your site Chicago, please do take this gentleman's
address off the posting.

Frankly I don't know what it was whomever had in mind when that was put
into the interface and not marked with an "advisio this is going to show
up with the post"

I haven't heard back from you and I notice that my home street address
is still posted along with my article on the Chicago indymedia site:

In case I didn't make myself clear, I find this very upsetting. It is a
serious invasion of my privacy. I do not want to be harassed by any of
the considerable number of English-only zealots I have antagonized over
the years. So I NEVER give out my home address except to trusted
persons. I thought I could count on your discretion or I would never
have given it to you.

Again, I ask that you IMMEDIATELY take steps to get my address removed
from the web site. Otherwise I will withdraw my permission to use the
article.
