Cool, cool -- I like the space very much when we had a fundraising video
screening there. Since having an office space is de rigeur for any
organization, I wouldn't mind seeing it there in the least. What about a
phone line/fax line? There are gizmos that can sense if a call is phone or
fax and route it accordingly. Or, maybe we could get by with a voicemailbox
(so we could finally call in to retrieve messages)...?

My laptop repair is turning into a time sink ordeal, but when I do get the
thing back, it's equipped for wireless (802.11b). Wireless routers are now
down to $20, so the whole space could feature "free" wireless broadband
connections.

That's about it for my concerns.
