Hi,

I'm writing a feature for a website called whatson.uk.com about independent
media, and I was wondering if I could ask someone representing Indymedia to
answer a couple of quick questions for me -

What do you think the role of independent media is/should be?

Do you think more people are turning from the mainstream press to
independent media in the wake of the war on terror/the Hutton inquiry etc?
If so/not then why?

Just a couple of sentences would be fantastic (and if you could include your
name then that would be useful too) - my deadline, I'm afraid, is close of
play today (Tuesday). I will send a copy of the piece when it is done.

I hope you can help me out, and thanks for reading this far if nothing
else...
