[CIMC-work] Albany Park Workers Center suprise shut down

M--I added 7 photos to the comment for the story below.  The refresh
looks like it will be about 12 minutes before they go through.  These
aren't great photos--so if you get anything better--no reason not to
swap--I just took and cleaned-up what I got fast as I could (from my
icky-no-zoom camera).

Pix are showing through for me now--I had to unhide the story (any
reason that anyone knows why it was hidden?)--if you could look through
the photos in the story--I can cut or reduce one for you to size--again.

The auto-thumbs are a little wacky and way too small.  So, again let me
know which of the above you'd like for a center panel thumb (and the
size) and I'll slap it up--unless you get some better photos.

Yes, totally.  We should center panel this.  I can write up 
something.  Can someone get me or find for me a suitable thumbnail
photo?  (I'm not much of a visual person.)  I'll take care of the rest.

I'll post a center panel about A23 first, then I'll go ahead with that
once Garth kindly gets me a thumbnail photo for the A23 march.  It'll be
two center panels right in a row, but I think circumstances warrant it.
