Chris, cool beans,

realistically I am looking at having a training in about a month. I was
thinking to have it at my house as also a potluck. my place is small but i
think so will the group and i have all tools here. more so i know of no
other place. if other folks got media trainings together for their mediums
we could either find a place to do it all together or maybe meet as a group
in the morning or evening. this would facilitate a sermon from one of us on
the mission of indymedia as well as discussion.

Chris, if you do have a list of volunteer contacts interested in photo,
could you send it my way? I will also put up notice on the newswire and also
contact university photo departments.

A writing workshop training would be very useful as it could reach a broad
range of people with a minimal of technical skills.

we do need to use this listserve to keep our projects moving along. even
just quick yae's or nae's to know where folks are coming from.

I think my contact at WIDC is about to switch, so I will keep folks updated.
i think our biggest challenge for the screenings will be getting a video
projector.

okay, good luck with the 'puter.

got to go mechanic now,
g.
