Thomas,  I think we must sound like such a cynical and negative bunch- no wonder we have no volunteers!  ; )

Can one simply join US-IMC ?  yes!, that is the easy part.  the hard part is reading a gazillion emails everyday.  perhaps i 
am taking a negative slant on it, but that's my personal experience and I would rather make photo-stories.  I am a believer 
in positive solutions and am open to possibilities.  personally i think we need more volunteers to carry these 
'administrative' burdens.

perhaps instead of a single liason, a better solution would be for core members to pick just one of the process lists that 
concern us and be that particular liason?

Is US-IMC a closed collective?

If people are concerned, can they simply join that
particular center and participate in the process so
that their concerns are heard?
