[CIMC-work] can we stop doing UNILATERAL features?

Garth's right about unilateral features. But if we are going to actually
post center panel story content with appropriate html set up on this listserve,
rather than phone around for consensus, or just announce an impending feature,
IMHO, we need to set a time limit for responses and revisions that is
realistic, - which means monitoring this list and responding in a timely fashion.

We've also talked about skills share that will actually teach folks how to
post center panels with rudimentary html links, and how to set up jpegs for
thumbnails, but this has fallen flat. Seems like center panel stories that are
proposed on this list occasionally falll in an abyss, while we wait for someone
else to actually post them. Any ideas? And in those cases where it is
reasonable to for someone else do the actual set up for center panel, we need to
think about how to divide the responsibility and labor for this.

So what's the deal with the UIC anthrax center panel? - a story we consensed
on some time ago? And the biotech feature. Can someone repost the proposal for
this,. I can't seem to find it in my mail.
