[CIMC-work] Avery center panel story.

My two cents. Since there's concern about unilateral center panel features, 
perhaps the ISM could write up  a blurb, suggest links  and and  send it in to 
the list-serve, for review? We could do the html. That way, those folks who 
are concerned about imput would have an opportunity to respond...which would be 
an alternative to the less formal process we've been using since this site was 
created. Or we could wait until we establish a formal process next week. 

Incidentially, before going to Palestine Brian Avery was a New Mexico IMC 
volunteer.
