hey gang,

1.  Mitchell's Features Skillshare- yes! consider me there.

2.  Features Process-  I'm not asking so much for a super-formal process so much as an awareness of who's putting what 
up when, etc.  1. so we don't step on toes while we dance  2. features often are unifying points for each of our mediums, so 
if we talk as a group about focusing on certain features and then don't do it, those that worked for that coverage can't help 
but feel a little jaded.  I think we've actually done a terrific job of Features throughout our existance, these past few weeks 
call for a little heads-up though.  We can discuss more in our meeting- i'm actually very excited for this coming spring, i 
think getting fresh volunteers involved will invigorate all of us.

3.  UC's Open Society Grant- so they finally did it.  I read through Chris's forward and Sascha's proposal. 200,000 dollars.
     
4.  US-IMC- I've been reading some of the archives, one thing I can point out to clarify is that the US-IMC working group did
go through global process before going to New IMC list.  This gives it much more legitimacy.  One aspect I am finding out 
more about is the syndication aspect, about which IMC's are syndicated participants, etc.  Will keep the list posted with 
brief summaries.

5.  Chicago Social Forum-  I am gearing up to do a photo-workshop at this time, Chris G. has said she'll do one on posting 
articles and Rita has affirmed an audio workshop.  I'm excited about this, I think it will be a good point to rally volunteers.  

6.  It appears there may be another 'Garth Liebhaber' out there- I am highly skeptical, but will keep you guys posted on this 
as well.  the perception of my existance hangs on the brink...
