concerning New Jersey and Seattle's run in with a corporate media publisher, their lawyer is asking if they've applied to 
some satus that would give 'safe harbor' concerning corporate reposts.  should we look into this?  garth

Just got a call from the attorneys from Advance Publications, Inc. asking 
whether NJ-IMC or Seattle IMC ever filed
designated agent forms (which would give IMC safe harbor protection) with 
the Copyright Office.

Has this been done for any IMC's? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
