I passed this along mostly as a f.y.i., but also as a callout from Alan Korn
to anyone around CIMC who might be in the legal world and could respond to
his query. Since NJ-IMC is already in touch with counsel I don't see this as
an issue that the CIMC needs to concern itself with.
