[CIMC-work] PDF of "final" press release for "News from the Underground" media festival

Hello, all,

submitted here is a PDF version of the press release
for the "News from the Underground" media festival. 
You'll note the name change.  The working group, I
think, is in consensus about the wording.

Video collective, pardon: you'll note that the
television show has been given the name "Chicago
Independent Television" on the press release.  This
was the consensus from those present at the meeting on
Monday.  We hardly had a quorum so that can still be
changed...

I would like to start sending this out Friday. 
Especially to get something to the movie reviewers at
the Reader.  Most likely, they can provide a capsule
review for the festival and/or select movies on short
notice, but I'd like to ask them to give us a larger
box, I think they would need plenty of advance notice
for that to happen.
