Sounds like a project for imc-audio people. are you hooked up on the listserve?  imc-audio @ lists.indymedia.org  You 
might just ask people on the listserve.  If you want a 'swap-page' i'd get consensus with audio peops and then put it up to 
tech to attach it to the audio site:     http://radio.indymedia.org/
