Tonight on PBS Bill Moyers will present a show on the secret bill entitled
'The Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003.' It contains sweeping changes
to the USA PATRIOT Act, increasing the powers of law enforcement, the ability
for American intelligence agencies to spy domestically, reducing judicial
review and public access to information.

The documents were provided to Bill Moyers by the non-partisan Center for
Public Integrity (www.publicintegrity.org.)
Attached are four documents: (1+2) the secret DSEA 2003 bill in low and high
res PDF files, (3) the DoJ's response, and (4) a government control sheet
showing that the bill has been delivered to Speaker of the House Hastert and
Vice President Cheney.
