[CIMC-working] T-shirt proposal outline

I say go for it- .  Here is an initial proposal;
1. initial 50 shirts at 1.30 - 3.00 = 80.00-150.00
2. ink                                                                 20.00
3.  2000 1/4 sheets on cardstock               40.00
4. printed stock for buttons  (500?)                    ?
5. plus button components  (500?)                    ?
                                     total       140.00 (+??) - 210.00 (+??)

So: if we can approve something in this range and Emily can give feedback on 
this scenario, we can push it into a concrete proposal we can pass consensus 
on.
    *specific questions; should we do more now?
     *can more (t-shirts particularly) be made and
      *about how long should we plan for "turn around"?
