[CIMC-working] All our center panel photos just hosed

I think things were only broken for like 2 or 3 minutes, but maybe you
were just lucky :)

I moved our files to a different partition on Stallman.  Only one other
IMC has done this (Seattle), but I don't think there should be any
problems with it.

The result is we have a lot more free space and we shouldn't run out. 
As an added benefit all the other people have more free space too. 
Space was filling up at a surprising rate, and half the free space was
used just in the last day (some of that could be easily recovered, but
it still seems awfully quick).
