[CIMC-working] New site design is up...

The new site design is up.  Please keep an eye out for messed up stuff. 
It was considerably more difficult to get it in place than I had
expected -- there's lots of hard-coded colors strewn about the code, and
white text on a white background doesn't work very well.  All the cached
files had to be updated.

I've got a link below the logo to an article where people can post
comments.  I'm planning to take that link out in a week or so.  Anyone
who wants to is free to edit that article, improve the description of
the logo, whatever.  Rita volunteered to write a more permanent page
about the logo.

PayPal is also up.  Don and I both have some reservations about the
security of the system, but I think it will be fine for the short term. 
We may need to change accounts in the future.
