[CIMC-working] Midwest collaboration / madison guy

Ian, Should we take the initiative on this and start taking
the pulse of other midwest indies, or indy wannabes?

As I've mentioned before, there's a Bloomington-Normal indy
not even on the main list and I know of some eager folks
in southern Illlinois (down Carbondale way)--and we've had
a few quereies from Milwaukee in the past... I'd say the
more open and exploratory the format, the less reason for
stopping the process before it starts. So I'd suggest
that it shouldn't be only folks who would want to be on
a say, same server as chicago or madison, right now, only--or
any similar limitation? There are many forms of collaboration
the midwest could benefit from...

Just my first thoughts. -- eliz

First is IMC-related: Madison has been talking about getting a bunch of
midwest IMC folks together, possibly centered around Radfest on the last
weekend of May. Please shop it to other Chicago folks you know, and feel
free to subscribe to the imc-madison list -- it's pretty low-traffic.
