Doug,
I agree with your assessment. My understanding is that new IMCs are approved
if they are in alignment with the IMC Network's Principles of Unity and if
there are no objections after a week of the IMC Process list being notified.
I put forth a deadline of the end of Tuesday for a CIMC block because that
would fall within the week-long waiting period on the Process list.
Since three CIMCers now support this proposed block, I will submit a CIMC
block of accepting Phasm UK as a new IMC unless there are objections before
the end of Tuesday.
