ok, so it seems that we may need a 501c3 or whatnot, but i don't understand why we can't register ourselves with the appropriate information of 3rd day (right?) and leave our title as /cimc or whatnot.  if that doesn't work, there's an optional designation entry line where we can have donators explicitely state that this money should benefit the cimc.  if this just doesn't work, paypal it i suppose.
