[CIMC-working] request for feedback -- CIMC tracking database

(I'll be catching up with emails since Sunday soon....)

I posted a decision-making framework to the following address:

I know everyone's busy, etc., but I was wondering if I could get some
feedback from CIMC participants: Is this a good framework to use? Should I
invest my labor in adding to the database, based on our meetings and
listserve emails?
