I am not "part" of the global finance working group. I am an issue-by-issue
liaison for the Chicago Independent Media Center, subject to CIMC
participants' collective decisions.
I suggest you put forth your request for CIMC funds to the
imc-chicago-working list, with "Proposal" in the subject line, and request a
specific amount.
