Garth, all,

If someone else is interested in following the global lists in order to
provide summary information to this list, then they are welcome to take up
that role -- I am not interested in that role.

It sounds good to me, too. My question is: Does my, yours, and Elizabeth's
support for this proposal equal CIMC consensus? Is there a certain period of
time that should elapse -- for others to weigh in -- until it is considered
consensed on?

I am not "finance liaison." I consider myself to be an acting liaison for
the outcomes of CIMC consensus, to (and from) the global lists.
