Subject: revising the liason system [Re: re [IMC-Process] enough already -
free at last]

i think this email cannot be disregarded and it wxplicit a tendency
already in place from some time
a tendency that leavs the list always more unbalanced towards the
globlanorth and with always less possibility (actually, not
theoretically) for the global south to share ideas and participate to
the building of the network.
In this respect, i would propose (as a personal prposal) to revise the
liason system this list is supposedly using, toswitch to a full liason
system

people not rroted in local imc work can discuss proposal and ideas on
non-liason list
crucial decision making and discussinng mailign list shoul dbe
participated by local imc liasons and a way for local imc to share ideas
and build the network from the ground up

i am a bit sick of individual talking, not because i don't like the idea
of a mixed network of individuals and collectives, but because this
possibility until now has proven to be ineffective and wasted andi don't
want to see more local imc drop by their liason for the same reason we
have ben discussing for years

i stop here to be short
