You're correct in that the CIMC consensed to have a standing policy (unless
objections are raised, of course) of approving financing requests made by
other IMCs, on the IMC-Finance list.
I hope you don't feel that any of this exchange was a "mistake" -- it's
incidents like these that make up a collective back-and-forth exchange and
can solidify participants' understandings. CIMC processes are not carved in
stone, and I hope you feel that you may potentially add your voice to
shaping process and being a part of various processes.
