[CIMC-working] DC Center column links updates

I assume someone else, maybe Garth, maybe someone else, already put this
up -- when you do that, please copy this back to the list so we know
what's finished and what's pending.

The Salon link isn't there, which is fine -- I don't like people just
cutting and pasting articles and there's no reason to encourage that by
linking them from the center column.

The proper thing for the Salon-posting person to do would be to make a
short article that summarizes the Salon article (like a paragraph) and
put a link in.  Even better if they can collect multiple opinions.

We can change the posting instructions if there's interest... they're
very generic right now.
