It crossed my mind after last weeks meeting that perhaps we should have time 
  after the meeting to loosely hang out and discuss IMC stuff for anyone 
that wants to.  There was great dialogue going with the new people and I 
feel we quashed it in order to do agenda issues.  Of course Everyone is 
pretty zonked after our three hour meetings, but i think this time could be 
pretty valuable.  I'm curious about where people are coming from and 
expectations of the project.  Foster the creative mind juices sort of
