[CIMC-work] stallman lives

Given the speed with which everything finally came back and whole, a
cable sounds like a definite possibility.  I didn't realize the chicago
test was all on stallman.  Your right, we definitely need a Plan B and a
Plan C wouldn't hurt. -- eliz

That test site was also on Stallman.

However, in other news, the site is back up again.  I'll forward any
interesting news I hear, though the news is probably boring like "a
cable was loose and it was reattached".  Apparently it is fixed, I don't
know more.  Thank goodness... a mass exodus from Stallman would have
been chaos for everyone.

We need to set up a good backup system for this stuff.
