[CIMC-work] Center Panel--good idea

yes! great idea.  City council letter very good, there's so much hullabaloo 
being made about that right now.  Move on has a petition.

Congress hotel- totally yes, I'll stay up late tonight to get my pics up and 
post the link.  I was also given a copy of the hotel owner's response, I'll 
try to get that posted as well.

I think on average one to two new center columns a week is good.  kind of 
have to feel things out- when it's busy we pick the most important and when 
it's slow we can muster up "slower burning" content.
