This is correct.

Same as the fax, 773-384-8544. However, it should be emphasized that
this is a poor way of communicating with us, and long delays or no
response may result. Heck -- the number probably should just be left
out. Mail is okay, but again no timely response should be expected. We
don't pay attention to press releases sent by mail or fax.

chicago.indymedia.org is the preferred address.

News/editorial requests should go to imc-chicago at indymedia.org

… Stephen Konieczka, Media Desk, 773-384-8544, spkonieczka at juno.com

These addresses should be removed.

The phone number should be left off. These are members of our general
editorial staff, I'll copy them, but in the absence of a response I
would leave them off -- contacting the general list is better.

The phone number should be left off, but this is correct.

People can also contact imc-chicago-volunteer at indymedia.org to ask
questions.

The phone number should be both voice and fax, though our offices have
been moved around and it may not be properly hooked up.

Thanks, it seems like we're a proper fit for your guide. If you can
note something about our structure, I think that would be helpful to
readers -- specifically, all volunteer, and most coordination and
communication takes place online (primarily email). People don't need
to pitch their stories, anyone can post their stories to our newswire.
But if they want a story they posted to be featured more prominently,
then we welcome them to bring it to our attention (but they should post
to the newswire first).
