[CIMC-work] Proposed Center Panel re: Benton Harbor

Mitchell,
Benton Harbor Center panel looks good.  Can we hide the July 19 Video 
Fundraiser feature as well as the We the Media one?  This would clear it up 
so the Congress feature stays up as that is an ongoing story.  I think then 
the Benton Harbor Feature and Bike Summer could go up pretty much together 
and it won't matter.

also, you might as well put Benton Harbor up now as the Bike Summer one 
needs an html savvy person to finish it out.
