[CIMC-work] RE: [CIMC-tech] newswire lag

Chris, Ian made this a permanent change a while  back one or two
revisions ago.  When you click on newswire, you go to the second page of
the newswire instead of page one (which is also on the front page).
Scroll down to the bottom of the newswire page.  You'll see you're on
page 2.  Click to go to page one.  You shoud now see page one of the
newswire.  I would prefer to go to page 1 myself, but I presumed there
had been some discussion on this--it has been like this for  a while.

I'm still seeing newswire lag -- right now the top article is "Police
and Spousal Violence." I'm running IE 6.0.2600.0000 on a friend's PC
running Windows 98. Just thought I'd point it out....
