[CIMC-work] New Center Panel block

Hi all. 

Have a new block on Thursday's commemorative march for Rachel Corrie and 
against the Israeli occupation ready to go. While small, this action had some 
great street theatre and garnered several AP photos as well. 

As usual, additions, revisions, or rants welcome. Still haven't heard 
anything about the G8. The boys in the Fuhrerbunker are keeping details about the 
2004 US summit quiet for now.
