[CIMC-work] New center panel story block

I think the We The Media block could also be much shorter, like one
paragraph, with a "read more" link. Then we can keep it at the top
without pushing other stuff down so far.
It could potentially go right in the Upcoming Events panel, then it
doesn't have to be posted and reposted.
