[CIMC-work] On Iraq Peace Team feature

Great work on the Boeing action feature this morning Chris.
  On the Iraq Peace Teams delegate feature, I want to apologize that I have 
not gotten it up sooner (a week ago) in order to do a timely feature  I did 
post one of the portraits with statement.

I will try to get others up, and if you (Dick) have enough other things and 
feel to make a feature that would be fine, but it seems better to 
concentrate on preparing for this weekend.  and I still have to get a job.
