[CIMC-work] I have an soa video to donate

I wasn't so much proposing a radical library space formally, more of a
thought in passing. I do think it would be feasible to have a video
collection, utilizing newest stuff for fundraisers and if community type
groups could use it for educational teach-in/meeting events that would be
great too. Such a group would be in a position to pass a hat and if it got
fifteen dollars that would buy another film. Or if they didn't pass the
hat, that's fine too.
If Women in the Director's Chair has library space that functions, a
possibility could be to store a collection there-but that might get
complicated too.
