Hello, my name is Garth Liebhaber and I am a photographer with Chicago 
Independent Media Center, a grassroots collective of media activists.  I am 
curious to know the time of the Vigil tuesday at Federal Plaza.  I can't 
guarantee I will be able to make it down there, but if I can I very much

Tue, March 18 - Louis Jones, Jr. is scheduled to be executed by the federal 
government in Terre Haute, IN.  Mr. Jones is a veteran and suffers from Gulf 
War syndrome.   There are tentative plans in the works to hold a vigil that 
morning in Federal Plaza in Chicago in protest of the execution.  It is an 
important opportunity to highlight the flaws of both the death penalty and 
the nation's current path to war.  An opportunity to speak and present your 
group's position on the war will be there.  Organizers hope to make a strong 
show of support against the execution and the war.  Please contact John
