Good question, I was kind of wondering myself.  Dick, Chris, what's the
exact figuring for day of and day after?  As soon as war starts (sigh)
I'll update the schedule with something more specific (replacing "day
of"/"day after")

For that matter, do you have an idea of what time of day war will be
likely to start?  Maybe it'll be clear what day of/day after will mean
then.
