[CIMC-work] Canceling Screening?

We really need to decide if we're cancelling the screening, and by what
criteria.  We need feedback from people, even if it's feedback like
"whatever you all think".

Options: 
* no cancellation
* cancel if war starts Friday
* cancel if war starts Thursday or Friday (which means there's a very 
  good chance we'll cancel)

If there's a chance we'll cancel we need to put that in the event
description.  I also want to know if there's a point I should stop
working on this stuff.
