[CIMC-work] CD draft

There's a draft of the CD available at:

There's no content on the front page yet.  The front page doesn't have
to be formatted at all like it is, it should just have links to Chris
and Garth, plus a link to the global index (lists all the images on one
big page).

The pages are controlled by templates, so anything can be changed with
the layout, though the basic structure of how the pages link together is
harder to control.

It currently runs at a mere 34Mb... we have 600Mb of space left on the
disc!  More ways to waste space!  Not that we have to fill it, but the
option is open.  I've already downloaded the video that's been posted at
least to our wire while I was backing up the site, might be worth it.

Emily -- do you have ideas for the front page?  I'd like to start
burning CDs by tomorrow night, so it has to come together quickly. 
Probably it could be based off whatever you're planning for the CD
label.

Of course, all the rush could be unnecessary (though we'll use the CD's
eventually).  So maybe I won't start burning it until Thursday... if we
do this in April, I can put updated images on it.
