[CIMC-work] Helping on the center panel

For anyone who wants to help with a center panel, but doesn't know how
to, or isn't confident actually posting to the center panel, it makes it
way easier to post a panel given a list of links and some text to go
with them.  So if you want to help out with that work, posting
links/text to this list will be very helpful (preferably a full sampling
of the newswire, so I don't have to merge several sets of links).

If you plan to do that, you may want to fire off an email to this list
just before you start working, so we don't duplicate effort.
