The NYCLU put out a major report on the NYPD mishandling of
of the February 15th demos (the PDF file is about 6.5 MB, so
you don't want to go e-mailing it.  It can be found at:

Some of this may be of special interest to anyone thinking
of going to cover the Republican convention in NYC next year.
