[CIMC-work] Meeting M11

Just confirming (for myself, or whoever), that we're meeting on May
11th, not today (the 4th).  The idea of a meeting today came up, but we
didn't really come to any decision.

For the next meeting agenda: we need some way to come to decisions
outside of meetings, by mailing list or otherwise.  Otherwise everything
is just so damn vague -- people bring up something for action, get some
spotty response, and it's never clear what that means.  And we really
need to be able to make decisions outside of meetings.
