Hi,

An "imc-us-process@indymedia.org" list now exists.  Anyone can join through
"http://lists.indymedia.org".  This list will be used for the next couple
weeks as a place to formulate an official proposal for a functional
imc-us-process list.  The list will only start being used as a us-based
process list if U.S.-based IMCs agree, through this proposal, to its
formation.  For the moment, though, we can have specific discussions about
the formation of the imc-us-process list  imc-us-process@indymedia.org,
rather than here.
