[CIMC-work] New Center panel story bloc - HotHouse raided last night

Hi all

Last night (May 9th,) Hothouse was raided by the 1st District of the CPD ( 
fyi - our old friend Commander Risley) just prior the the scheduled 
performance of a legendary Cuban charanga band, Orquesta Aragon - see the 
press release posted to our wire. 

Since Hothouse is a critical venue for progressive political 
events..including a previous CIMC fundraiser, and since it is highly likely 
this was politically motivated, I'd like to post a breaking news center panel 
story with background links, which can be updated.
